Taman Gunung Lang is one of city attractions in Ipoh. Almost three km from city center, can be reached through Kuala Kangsar road.

My brother and his wife (from Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan), visited me lately and took a view on variety of fishes in the pond.

The park is so quiet and calm, quite far from the main road, suitable for relaxing our body and mind.

A cycad.

Cycads rarely are seen in Ipoh. It can be found in the limestone hills at nearby Gua Tempurung (Tempurung Thong).

Cycads should be planted under the hot sun not under the shade. Our knowledge about the cycad is still below the expected level.
